Is Mail2Follow secure? Does it read my email body?
Mail2Follow only accesses emails you explicitly Track, never your full inbox. The AI reads the body briefly to classify and draft a follow-up. The AI providers (Anthropic and Google) process this in their US regions and discard it immediately. We store subject lines, recipient, and dates only, never bodies. Encrypted at rest, GDPR-compliant, never sold, never used to train models.
What happens if I uninstall the extension?
